Stock Rules for loopyker-stock

All stock photos remain copyrighted to Kerrie E. Rusk.  My unedited work may not be displayed, redistributed, sold or published anywhere else without my express permission.

For DA members use of my stock is free under the following conditions:

In ALL cases:

1) Credit me and link back to my account [link] in the description of your work.  You may also link back to the specific deviation.

2) Note me or leave a comment on the stock photo page with a link to your finished work. Do not leave a comment on my home page on either of my accounts.  

3) Do not use my stock for any work that that promotes racism, intolerance, animal cruelty, violence against women or anything else considered excessively obscene.  Please ask if you have questions.

4) You may post your finished work on other social network sites, FB, Flickr, enter contests etc. with links and credit to me (Rule #1).

Photomanipulations:

In addition to the above:

1) You may sell prints and photo products of your finished work on DA or other sites such as your own web sites and artwanted.com, zazzle.com, cafepress.com etc., provided that the work has significantly changed from my original photo and the other stock rules are followed.  Changing colour balance, applying simple art effects etc. is not a significant change.  If in doubt, ask me first.

2) You many NOT create other stock products, tags, tubes, signatures, Photoshop brushes, web site graphics, or any other similar items with my stock photos.  If in doubt, ask me first.


Tradition Art (painting, drawing etc, NOT photomanipulations):

There are no real restrictions for using my stock for traditional art, except to link to me and let me know about it.  I really enjoy seeing my stock used this way.

1) You may sell your finished work and prints and photo products of your finished work on DA or other sites such as your own personal sites and artwanted.com, zazzle.com, cafepress.com etc.,
